In der Coopérative Agricole du Nyonsais haben sich 1923 Olivenbauern und Winzer rund um die Stadt Nyons in der nördlichen Provence zusammengeschlossen. Heute bewirtschaften die Mitglieder 600 ha Olivenhaine. Die Genossenschaft sammelt und verarbeitet 1400 ha Rebfläche zu Cru Vinsobres, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Côtes du Rhône und Vin de Pays des Coteaux Baronnies.
