2001 hat die Familie Moret die Domaine La Grangette übernommen, deren Geschichte bis 1930 zurückreicht, und dieses Weingut mit 20 ha Rebfläche wieder auf Vordermann gebracht.
Die Morets sind die einzigen Winzer, die einen roten Picpoul und einen Picpoul Rosé herstellen und einen Muscat trocken ausbauen. Der typische Wein dieses kleinen Anbaugebiets nördlich des Etang de Thau bei Sète ist der weiße Picpoul de Pinet.
